For years I have believed that there is substantial value to be unlocked in joining together the efforts of sales compensation plan designers with the powerful tools used to manage, reward, and analyze sales productivity. And so I am delighted to share the news that the Cygnal Group’s practical results-focused approach to sales compensation plan design will become the foundation for Xactly’s plan design services.

Xactly leadership shares my vision of great tools enabling great compensation design, which will in turn enable great selling and the right kind of growth. Together we will deliver a different kind of plan design service to clients, leveraging the tools, analytics, and especially the insights available via Xactly’s Insights(TM) product.
As we discover better ways of analyzing history, predicting future performance patterns, and designing compensation plans in this context, I’ll post our discoveries on this site.
